Flexycalymene Trilobite Fossils (Flexicalymene ouzregui) are approx. 449 million years old. From the Upper Ordovician Period - Ashgill Stage - Ktaoua Formation. Found inside of mudstone concretion nodules, these calymene trilobites are common in south eastern Tazzarine region of Morocco, so much that the local tribes people used to use these mudstones as currency in trade and other daily life.
