These are ideal for planting and maintaining aquatic plants, particularly plants with thick or broad stems. They are also preferable when planting in gravel substrate (as opposed to sand). We recommend our fine-tip forceps for planting in sand substrates. In marine and reef systems these forceps work well in placing or retrieving coral frags or colonies.
