Frag - Birds Of Paradise Birdsnest Mini Colony

The Bird of Paradise is a Birdsnest type coral of the genus Seriatopora. A distinguishing feature of Seriatopora are polyps which are aligned in strait rows. The polyps are purple in color, which contrasts nicely against the green branches of the coral. As the coral grows it’s branches intertwine, giving rise to the common name Birdsnest. Like other Small Polyped Stoney (SPS) corals the Bird of Paradise does best in both high flow as well as light intensity.
